If you planted a tree(s) with us, or planted trees on your own and would like to count them toward our goal, please complete the form on this page.

This information ensures that we are properly collecting all necessary data about our trees and how they were planted.

Please note:

  • If you planted less than 10 trees, you may manually enter each tree one by one using the form below. Refreshing the page after each entry will populate a new form for your next entry.

  • If you planted 10 or more trees, please email ReLeafErie@gmail.com with a list of your trees and we will manually upload your data for you. Your list that is sent to us should include:

    • Your name

    • Email Address

    • Phone number

    • Date of planting

    • Tree species - common or scientific

    • Coordinates of planting site or approximate address

    • Diameter of tree trunk in inches
