In 2020 and 2021, the City of Erie planted nearly 200 large caliper trees in city parks, right of ways, and other public lands.

Interested in planting street trees along your property in the City’s right-of-way?

The City of Erie is pleased to be able to partner with residents in the long-term care of our urban forest. With assistance from the City Arborist, residents of the City of Erie can submit an application to have the City plant mature trees on City property that may enhance your property. Or, you can plant the tree yourself with approval and guidance from the City Arborist.

All of these trees count toward ReLeaf’s goal!
